The site does not offer membership, payments, file uploads or active advertising / analytics tracking.

• Full name, company, phone, email
• Project type, project location, message

Essential technical data:
• Language cookie (reer_lang)
• Session data for form security (PHPSESSID / CSRF)

When the map is displayed, Google Maps may process its own technical data.

How we use information

Collected information is used only to:
• Receive and respond to quote requests
• Remember your language preference
• Secure the form
• Show our location on the contact page
• Meet legal obligations where applicable

Cookies and similar technologies

We currently use these essential / functional technologies:
• reer_lang: stores your TR / EN preference (up to 1 year)
• Session cookie: required for secure quote form submission

Third-party services

Google Maps: embedded on the contact page to show our location. Google’s own privacy policy applies.

Security and retention

Quote form submissions use CSRF protection. Form data is emailed to our company and may be retained for as long as needed to respond. The language cookie is kept for up to 1 year.
